You agree to provide accurate information when booking services and to ensure that your vehicle is accessible and ready at the time of your appointment. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional fees.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment platforms.
Gloss Wash Lux reserves the right to update pricing and service packages at any time. Updated pricing will not apply retroactively to confirmed bookings.

We do not take responsibility for any pre-existing damage or degradation not visible during the initial inspection. Customers are encouraged to disclose known issues or modifications to ensure appropriate handling.
💰 Refund Policy
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the labor-intensive and personalized nature of our services, all completed services are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us at support@glosswashlux.com within 24 hours of completion. We will assess the concern and, at our discretion, offer a remedy in the form of a service correction or partial credit toward a future appointment.
Missed appointments without 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
